* use my CU products by incorporating them in a digital kit (packaged along with other elements) keeping in mind that my elements should not be the primary designs (not more than 30% of your designs must be my commercial use items.)
* submit project for publication
* use elements as is if come as a colored element. (you may not include this as a gray scale)

*use my CU in quick pages or scrap for hire projects as long as they are flattened and no mass production.
* no credit is required but always appreciated..

* create freebies as long as they are changed up from the original (ie:cluster, or something that is totally different from the original) in no way must the original file be given away.

YOU MAY NOT

*share this with anyone you may be working with. This license is only good for the person who purchased. Each person must buy their own.
* claim my products in any way.
* use any of my work for obscene, defamatory or immoral purposes.
* create a collection of any of my commercial use items and place them for sale. This includes cd/dvd, graphic collections, email, group or web site links, etc.
* use any of the graphics/content as part of a trademark, or to promote any type of business, or to use as web site graphics, unless you have pre-written permission.
* create templates and commercial products with these files.
* remove any notice of copyright included in the graphics/contents.
* create brushes, rub-on's, overlays and such for resale.

• Can be used as is- if item colored and can be included in a digital scrap kit but must be changed up if using for site event or freebie. Gray scale elements cannot be included in any kit.
